Dear all, I wonder if anyone here had ever bought free-standing cooker for their house, what brand/model you got and is it good? I'm currently looking for one for my new house, but wish to find one that doesn't look too conventional. I found something online which is close to what I am looking for, and I'm looking for those with a compartment to house the LPG cylinder. Hi pbtgal, 10s! Actually, IH is the one and only ID firm I have approached, after all the homeworks done and reading up on renotalk. My financee and I do not like the hassle to shortlist a few IDs and make comparsions. We have set a budget in place, and as long as our desired design can be met and within our budget, we're comfortable with it.

Anyway, I have visited Ideal House office this afternoon, and spoken to Peter Tan for a quotation on my house. Will revert to me within this week he say. Nice person to speak to, and always willing to give his comments on my ideas. Hopefully the quote can meet my budget.

How's their portpolio anyone? They are having sort of roadshow from today till 10/11 near dover road, under one of the old HDBs void deck just opp. the fairfield methodist school. Was around the area this morning and approached one of the IDs. Their price seems good. Any tryers before?
