Buying a 3 rm flat...bu the price now is sooo steep. So wat I can do now is to look around for designs... when the time is right, it will be just nice.

Wow.... So its more expensive??? Got this leaflet quoted : 3rm flat : on 2 bedrm $2,800 4rm flat : on 3 bedrm $3,800 5rm flat : on 3 bedrm $3,900 Exe.flat : on 3 bedrm $4,000 Not sure izit more expensive. Wonder wat is the quality.

Anyone use bamboo flooring? Any comment? To be said its is a rot-durable flooring that is warm in winter and cool in summer...

Car, How much is your marble look wall tiles? Pardon my stupid question : the master & common toilet got box-up at the ceiling ar? For those chipped tiles, you didn't change them?

MY CASE : My 'ex-husband' and me separated for 4yrs (actually can file divorce anytime after 3yrs separation). We have been waited for my house to get matured for selling (Jan'07 due 5yrs). Even now, we are stilling waiting...As my 'ex-husband' is kind enuff to wait for another year cos I'm 34yr old now and 1 more yr to go before I can buy a 3rm flat. Me, a 34yrs 'so-call divorcee' with no kid, no house, no partner, not enuff $$ to buy pte apt, but got CPF to buy 3 rm only but canot buy now... Sigh..Wait Wait Wait...
