Sorry people. Been very busy with the renovation. Some updates: Started our Renovation last week. Aircon Installation was from Gain City. Very nice people and on the same day my electrician did the wiring. And yesterday we came down to take a look, false ceiling, shower kerb and kitchen base has all been done! Talking about fast! Quite impressed. Painting will be done over this few days and Carpentary will be up over next week. Ok i'll post some pictures: Daughter's Room Master Bedroom Guest's Room

We've collected the keys last Saturday and took some pictures of the house....

Finally after waiting for 2.5 years, the wait is over.... We will be collecting the keys this month. We are still searching for the best ID or contractor. Hi.... I just apply BTO at Punggol Arcadia.... Prices quoted for 4-Room, min is $263K.... That's alot.... Anybody applying at Punggol Arcadia....? I guess we have to wait for another 2-3 years for the keys....
