Hi all, I just got a pre-own unit. The paint is still quite new therefore I would just like to touch up the paint of several walls instead of repaint the whole unit. My question is how can I buy the same color as the existing wall without asking anyone to look at the wall itself? Also, anything to take note while touching up paint? Thanks in advance

Hi All, I will be getting my resale 4 room 90sqm HDB flat next month. This is my first purchase, would anyone guide me through what are the necessary reno needed and cost? It is a 5years old design and build unit by HDB, it comes with Homogenous tiles in the living room and parquet in all the 3 rooms. The condition of the unit still looks very new to me thus I guess i do not need to do any major reno? What do you guy think? The items in my mind is chemical wash and re-paint the unit? Any other areas which are possible points of failure? Please assist with helping me breakdown the costs. Thanks a lot in advance
