Hi F4... sorrie me and poh can't make it today.. .. we met up wif yeak at ard 3-4pm.. he was slightly late.. cos we have to let him know the paints colours by today.. mon they going to start painting liaoz.. then the designs for the wardrobes and the kitchen interior and laminates.. zzz.. by the time we finished the discussion hor.. it is already abt 5-6pm le.. so sorrie.. .. i owe u guys a meal k.. ^^

New updates.. abt my roof issue.. Mark called me and my htb this morning and has offered a solution for us.. he did called me last nite to talk things thru.. and i must say that i m appeased by him after last nite call ( susan refused to talk to me after i called the office 3 times and the "promise to call back" call never came from her..at 6pm, when i called the office again.. i was told she had left for home) ..^^ .. he has found a contractor who is willing and will do the hacking of the roof for him.. and is most likely to be either on mon or tues.. which is good.. as consumers.. when problems arises.. we want solutions and not fault finding.. no point pointing fingers and nothing can be done.. m i not right? at least mark is more proactive and he takes the effort to resolve the issue..and he updates us wif the ongoings... imho.. if u wanna engage wellmax.. make sure u look for mark ( not susan ) whom i find is more responsible and polite and understanding.. on regards to mark.. i have no qualms in supporting all the positive feedback the forummers has gave him.. As regards to our latches, mark said that they have prepared the new powder coated latches for us.. and will change it in due course of time.. ^^ ..

Wahahaha.. same here.. lol.. now i called wellmax office hor.. the office gal picks up the phone.. hears my voice and will say Ms Polly ar.. wahahahaah.. Mark is more efficient.. he calls poh and me today.. and offer solution.. he managed to look for a contractor who will do the job of hacking the roof down.. he says most likely will be on tues.. can request me to ask yeak not to commence painting first.. so that he will not get in yeak's way .. ^^ .. which is good.. in service industry.. it is offering solution, finding solution that the customers r interested in.. and not fault finding.. mark says the reason y susan is not capable in dealing this project, is cos she is in the office most of the time.. and doesn't go on site.. but imho, then she shouldn't be serving customers.. since she is unable to provide alternatives or queries.. m i not right to say so? bottom line is.. if wanna engage wellmax.. make sure u look for mark!!!!! heh .. Thanks for the no. !!! hehe.. managed to talk to mark.. he is more responsible than susuan.. in a way.. lol.. however he told me that the quotation the last time.. they never factored in the fact that they have to remove the existing roof.. but i reminded him that when we were negotiating the last time.. we did told them that we have an existing roof.. and he says he remembered.. but it never occurred to him that our contractor is not going to remove the roof.. i told him i m now more interested in finding a solution.. so he said he is now currently looking for contractor to remove the current roof.. but he says will need us to top up a few hundreds.. zzzzzzz..... u guys think is it logical? anywayz.. he said dun talk abt $ now.. give him sometime to look for some1 to remove the roof.. then he says he will call me back tomolo again .. haiz... so much problems.. Then he asked me if i there is a chance we dun want to remove the existing roof.. as in we keep the current roof.. i said nope.. then he said there is a chance the permit might not be approved.. cos they need to apply permit.. i was like WAT?! u telling me this? when we signed the contract wif susan.. she told us that she will apply for the permits.. we trust her expertise.. and didn't questioned her and ask her to list down the items she is going to apply the license for.. now u telling me we dun have the permit??!!! wat is this??!!! then he says.. another alternative is they go ahead but dun apply the permit.. cos it is under interior furnishing..and interior furnishing dun need to apply the permit.. i told him to make up his mind.. but i must he is more polite.. and at least he bothers to listen to me finished my sentences.. unlike susan.. who keeps cutting me halfway when i was trying to speak.. lol

yah lo.. i hear le i oso angry.. ask her if wellmax is going to pay yeak for hacking down the roof.. which is supposed to be their job... she never replies.. jsut said it is easier for yeak to hack it down since he is hacking the whole house.. zzz
