if u were to choose an id for this ana job will be slightly cheaper compare to others . i believe it around 5to 10percent cheaper. i dun stay in private unit but hv friend staying and hv engage an id instead of others.seems quite good and reasonable. hope tis can help in abit & happy seaching for more info.

i guess your works maybe cost you around 10-15k coz as for my referral friend he had done up his 3rm flat recommanded by me for 23k so i guess yours should be around there.but i 'm not too sure.I'm not very sure whether i can be of any help anot.I'v got an id which i personally feel that he is quite good for his after sales services which i think it's worth for my compliment.And guess he is very reasonable also.Pm me for contact if you interested.

Hi folks i guess all is depending on individual.my house is also done by them and i don't see the above problem.But of cause i do agree that every company have their pro and cons .My id is quite good with his attitude and services even after i sign with him .Even today he is still very good at his after sales services.i'm being referred by my sister as my sister house is also done up by him.My lovenest is up in one of the magazine .I would say it's not too fair to whoever working there and had done his work well just like my id.I guess if the price is ok and most importantly is how comfortable we are with our id is more than what we should get.
