hi zio i got this photo from another thread.... another forumer who has his house renovated by him... just a question to ah soon supporter: from a scale of 1-10, how much do u rate him for 1) tiling work 2) carpentry work? the last round he did my reno which was 5yrs ago, he only did mostly like tiles, shower screen, etc.. no carpentry...

hallo, can anyone advise if the photo i posted is ah soon? Cus last time when i bought a re-purchased flat from HDB, HDB actually send this uncle (in the photo) to do some rectification for me. End up I engaged him to do so other works. I called his last company (as per invoice) but the company I think no longer there. so many thanks for all your advise.. i have approached roy, price is 5k higher than -... i am also in a dilemna, hoping to get budget prices but good workmanship.. seems like these two is difficult to achieve together.. am i right to say that? i heard those ID with casetrust is better, as casetrust will check on 30 houses they reno every year for audit purpose. n these 30 houses is randomly selected by casetrust.. is it true?? hope to hear ur advise thanks

hi bon n all who is ur ID? i m also looking for an ID.. anyone heard or done with Courts Reno express? was wondering if it is safer to go through big companies like courts? at least anything goes wrong, we can complain? also, they accept credit card payment which i think on other company offers that.. any advise..?

Hi I just got quote from JS furniture -factory at sugei kadut. quite alot of direct customers look for him. he charge $80 for his kitchen cabinet. one good thing to note, he has got some accessories - eg. aluminium pull out trays , with silencer, selling only around $160-$200 per set. It is quite a good deal. Steven Toh, 81882932 anyone got any other better deal??

hi, can anyone advise what is the difference between psf and pfr? may i know what is the market rate now? I have direct carpentry quoting me feature wall with tv console is $110 pfr. is this consider too cheap? thanks
