Hi, I have gotten my Lumiera wardrobe installed last week and so far I'm quite impressed with their quality and workmanship. Mr. Toh the owner of Lumiera Singapore is very helpful and monitor the installation by himself. They're quite flexible when we wanted to change the specification and the price is although not the cheapest but I think it's quite worth the money. Cheers, Beruang.ndut

Hi eugela, Thanks for the compliment. We did total reno for the master toilet. It is supposed to be completed by this weekend. So, I'll update the progress later including the pros and cons when engaging Tau ID. As for the kitchen, we didn't do total reno, just asked Kelvin to build the kitchen cabinet but he end up covering all the ugly pipes as well:) Cheers, beruang.ndut

Hi, Ya, our house is about 90% completed. Kelvin intends to finish it by this weekend. Here are some of pics after renovation: Feature Wall & TV Console Master bathroom toilet, basin & vanity. From my experience with Kelvin, they're very flexible. I haven't even decided which side to put my kitchen sink when the reno started. Another example is when they run the water pipe from kitchen to bathroom through the ceiling, Kelvin saw it and he decided to put box to hide them. It's all FOC. You can also add or change some items (i think as long as the item hasn't been started) during your renovation. Cheers, beruang.ndut

Hi soxcotton, I think I've seen your house around 2 weeks ago. Is it the one with big mirror covering wall next to the dining table? If yes, that's a nice place. I also selected TAU ID to renovate my house. So far I have been impressed with Kelvin and team. They work so fast and very tidy. And the most important is they're very responsible. Kelvin also brought me to select tiles, and accompany me buying bathroom & kitchen stuffs. Surprisingly, the price of bathroom stuffs is more competitive (if not cheaper) than those places recommended by some forumers here. Now 2 weeks after starting the renovation, I never regret to select TAU ID. They know what they should do. Thumbs up!! Can't wait to see when reno is finished. Cheers, beruang.ndut

Hi, Can anyone PM me good aircon service? I'm about to move to my new house and seems that the previous owner did not maintain the aircon properly. I got site inspection from coolserve and they quoted me for 4 unit: 1. chemical cleaning $120 2. general service $40/unit = $160 3. Top up gas $80. Any advise whether that quotation is reasonable?
