going for raw effect, i like cement screed for floor, but alot of frenz comment tat their contractor have to redo a few times.... so might opt for other option like cement floor board or cement screed like tile.... yet to decide

Like the blk 3 unit which is at 13 floor, over look kallang river...but not corner unit the agent never get back. blk 2 unit at 12 floor corner, last offer 18k above value 270k eventually bought a lower level corner unit, value at 265k cov 5k bought the place with only one viewing hahaha cheers

had been hovering thought of having my own place for a few years. got a frenz who's an agent to find a 3 rm hdb flat, after two months of viewing, flat after flat, and finally got a place near the city at beach rd here the floorplan will post the condition of the place....

was quoted 1.9k for the toilet floor and wall during the fair last month.....

your layout is pretty much similiar to mine.... but condition wise mine is real bad.... if budget allow maybe the bedroom 2 can be your master bed room, hav a opening between the toilet area and the room. so tat u can have easy access... just a 2 cent worth of thoughts... cheers

27K for 5 room.... tat mean you dun hv much hacking.....only the basic reno to be frank 20k cun do much think I like.... just abit of design element here and there only..... coz the resale flat I bought is rather run down....

quote still within my budget, anyway will relook again on site to decide and nego of the price... my budget only 20k for my 3rm resale...

i visited 4 only one can impress me with his presentation... coz me tell him i dun want any traditional or the mainstream design with alot of build up cabinet he's quite new in the trade but i always like to try new blood... coz i myself also a designers but not in ID....
