Finally in the last phase of reno today! The house is washed and wallpaper is up. The guys from Goodrich took 3.5 hours to paste the wallpaper. Most of the reno is done, however there are some minor defects and need to rectify. Counting down - 3 more days to moving in. Meanwhile, would like to share the progress. Depends on your degree of "overhaul". lol. From what I heard, for an overhaul of EM, it may cost around 80k. Find out from different IDs. We have quite a few depenable ones that we used here...Ask around? IF you are keen in my ID u may PM me.

Really depends on what u wanna to reno. I didnt do kitchen, and did not change all tiles in my house. The whole house reno is 22k.

Yeah..lo...but I think both my wtb and I are quite happy with the current tiles...that is why we save on that.

Haha Thanks...but haix..no money to redo floor tiling and toilet tiling. They will start washing the house on Tuesday and Thursday, the wallpapers will all be up. Should get back the hse before 20th July.
