yes u should monitor n feedback to uncle.. cos sometimes he has so many different groups of pple working for him, it is tru feedback / complaints then he know who is not doing good job for him.. (my guess)

your ceiling is wood? never see before! is it a condo? y ur neighbour so sacarstic? haiz, mine also, alittle bit noise, he will stomp UP to my house n scold n scold n call hdb to complain... say my house reno from july until now not finished... cus recently then i install the aircon, he tot is doing hacking work again mah... mine also causes my neighbour below to have cracks on the ceiling... according to uncle, this is common especially when there is hacking work involved... last time my mum house on top they change the water pipe, also caused the ceiling to have crack, somemore even water leakage... the contractor also reluctantly just use some white cement to seal it up, never even pain the ceiling for us!

hi pink! mine is made in korea... mine i got from h20 resources, brand is KYK....my friend got from them n works very well... child use to have constipation n bad ezecma, but with the alkaline water, in 6mths time, no more constipation and ezecma 80% ok... i think mavelo more expensive right? how is ur experience with allkaline water?

just to share if anyone is using those red light bulb for praying altar.. i bought it from DIY or those self fix store, the red LED bulb cost $6 (a pair).. it works wonderfully great and power consumption only 0.5w per bulb.. vs last time the bulb was 15w each...

mine, all from china....(except VRH is from thailand)...well, the person from balestier, in case u are going to buy from them, ask them, did it state, 'made in taiwan'? actually almost all the sanitary products are from china, if not, those will be BRANDED type. even branded type, sometimes also make in china... eg. there is a singapore brand call 'crizto'... if u go to places like IMM or balestier or even geylang, they can quote u $388 or even higher... but in geylang, i was quoted around $220,... that is a huge difference... the same goes for lightings... especially downlight.. they can brand themselves as 'XXX italia. actually it is not from italy... just a name ... anyway don't be surprised that now jalan besar price also not that cheap already! (after i have done comparison)

is my hubby very li hai .. most importantly, we already do our homework along all major places like jln besar, balestier & geylang. also quite surprised the geylang one match the lowest PLUS give me further discount.... so, i would suggest u go see what kind of design first, then in geylang there is also another shop the price is also comparable to mine and service seems better.. I bought the tap from Sim Siang Choon at $200 (display set).. as they are out of stock and shipment got to wait 1-2mtnhs.. some places still have display. talk to them and they will be able to offer to sell u at 10% discount. my friend is selling the clock and only 5%stocks left (a few pieces only).. .. stocks coming in in a week's time... if u keen to buy, pm me & i give u the contact..
