SORRY if i misled u... my debris is not that type whereby when the hacking away the old flooring kind of debris. it is like the finished liquid containers, remains of metal bar for ceiling work, remains of tiles, remains of cement, etc etc... ah soon actually got a vehicle that does this... but what they did was to put the debris into those bags (originally used to contain cement) and he will ferry away these bags... not too sure he will dump where tou.. it is vvvvv. dusty n not so easy to clear the debris (hacking of old tiles) ! y not u ask contractors to clear for u...? u managed to get ah soon?

hi jesslyn same here! my red tiles also have the same problem, no matter how i wash, after dry, become white!! so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!! worst of all, mine cannot chemical wash! u got ask the tiler if your tiles can chemical wash? if i am not wrong, chemical wash will resolve this issue! i now also take bank loan to let my work go on... luckily my carpenter give me discounts n free stuff... feeling so sucks.. me n hubby clear the debris for 8 hours!! imagine the amount of dust and rubbish all stuff inside for soooo many months....

to be fair to jason, ah tan, the electrician previously engage by ah soon to do my house n also working for jason told me this: jason dun have late HO problems, dun have money problem (MOST IMPORTANT) and pay worker on time..!! he even asked me, why i never find jason to do...? i really regret. really regret ... cus i didn't know jason is ah soon brother...n he is so much better

hi jgresponse if u r ah soon brother, i was wondering if u could help us out.. i understand things may not be free but we need help... u should know by now ah soon owe so many houseowners money!!!!!!!!!! my house, renovation started july until now. i already FULLY PAID him 2months ago but things still not done. i double paid my carpentry work by 40%! in total i overpaid him $XX,000.....i will spare the details how i overpaid him cus its a llooooong storrryyy..... another thing i really wished u can help me is, electrician ah tan. ah tan claims he is working on ALOT of projects for you. he did my work halfway, he said ah soon never pay him ..in the later stage, he asked me to pay him a sum of money so that he can buy sockets n etc... (which i did).. now my carpentry is up and i need ah tan to come back to finish up.. but he seems didn't want to attend to me even tou i offered to pay him some money .... see, i really had a vvv bad time figuring out what wire is what when my carpenter ask me when they need to install the tv console... i know ah tan is vvvvvvv busy at your end, but i hope u can help me out by asking him to complete my house works... i over paid ah soon alot of money and i know its very hard to recover liao...i duno if u can minimize our loses by assigning your workers to help us on our works...?? our trust is abused by ah soon and if not because my hubby treated him like a friend n believe him n lend him money n etc, otherwise we wouldn't have delayed until 6months... my hubby very 讲义气with him but was very badly played out 6months of chasing, i can't eat n sleep well!! my hard earned money gone down the drain i cried almost every night...!! ah soon is ur brother.. i hope based on this, u can at least try to help him out...? i am sorry if i disturbed your thread...i am sorry i know this is not so nice to post in your thread..but i see it in a way, if u could help us, it can also help you not so much badly affected by ah soon saga... yes i think, cus whichever surface u lay, if the cement is not lay properly together with the tile, it will result in hollow tiles...

everytime he disappear n return, he have a story to tell... n this kind of story, normally make me softhearted...(not too sure if everyone feels the same) is he trying to CON us or is he trying to CONVINCE us i sometimes feel i cannot believe him anymore..but duno why sometimes his sob sob story also sound convincing for a while!! i guess the truth will errupt sooner or later one.... i feel & I AM so stupid again! ;(
