Somewhere Over The Rainbow In Jurong West~~

Indeed a very interesting concept for your main living area! -
Hi coffee_o, 久仰大名! Ya, heard from my agent that when they first advertised their unit, they were asking for above $700K. We thought so too, probably just some minor renovation cos of fengshui factors. 1. removal of beams on ceilings 2. replacement of built-in wardrobes laminates due to wear and tear or fengshui - the 2nd owner bought the unit 8 yrs ago, repainted the place about 3 yrs ago. But after considering our lifestyles, we might probably end up: 1. hacking the 2 rooms into one as our boys are still young - would be sleeping with us most of the time 2. hacking the kitchen! yeah! due to safety reasons as I do not have a domestic helper - at least can see them while I am preparing dinner. I first saw painting 1 at Lim's Art at Parkway Parade - a little bit pricey - need to seek hubby's opinion first before buying. When I called the shop a week later. The painting had been sold. Luckily they do have a 2nd and last piece in their warehouse. we bought it at a 35% discount. I am not too sure if they will bring in more stock, you can call and check. The shop manager - i supposed - is Philip for the Parkway Parade outlet.

Hi Hi, Thanks to Decruz - and here we've got our first home of our own - a walk-up corner EM at sunset way! Thanks to Ripples - to share your renovation process - we will be working with three-d conceptwerke on our renovations! Our 1st appt would only be on 3 Dec - which means I would only be able to get my keys in Jan 2010. Renovations will most likely take place after CNY. Thanks to Peter & Regina - my sellers - Appreciated your time for me & ID to view your place last Wed. Though we have no concrete plans yet on how to do up the place, we are really excited to work with Dess from now on! cheers,

Hi everyone, It has been quite a while since I last login. Nothing much recently - the thought of having to wait for another 2 more months till our 1st appt is just SIAN SIAN SIAN! How did you guys managed to "dong" the long waiting period?!? Ha... Ha.... Well, last week we have met with Dess of three-d conceptwerke. We had a long chit chat session - for him to better understand us, our lifestyle as well as our needs! Although we can't have much progress till he is able to view the site, I am quite excited to have the opportunity to work with him in the future. -

Hi, The condition to enjoy this is to take up a mortgage insurance plan with them (thru AVIVA) - at least for the lock-in period of 3 yrs. As it is a term insurance, even if you decided to withdraw it after the 3rd yr, it's ok.
