Just want to share my experience... not a good buy, even those made in Europe... mine malfunction after less than 6 months... This was highly recommended by everjoint staff.

Beautiful house

I just ordered 32 inch Toshiba LCD from Everjoint also. Wanted to get Samsung but the boss told me that he received quite a few complaints about the panel... blur if view from the sides. He recommended Toshiba and Hitachi, both with panels made in Japan so no such problem. Chose Toshiba cause more value for money.

I agree with mist98. I told them my preferences and the theme for my new house, they even referred me to another furniture shop cause they do not carry what I want. I wanted to order in advance a nice bookshelf, the male boss even suggested me to just buy nearer to my move in date, usually other shops will be so eager to ask me to place a deposit first.

Feel sorry for your encounter. Hope you will be able to get back your refund. Thanks for informing us... I will surely stay away from this company.

Personally I find Defu things overpriced. Saw a nice bookshelf going for $520 by a particular supplier. Went to a neighbourhood furniture shop and saw the same bookshelf by that supplier and it costs only $430. I bought a study table from them last year, not a bad experience but when I shopped around their outlets this year, their sale staff, a lady, was quite rude and condescending in attitude. Will never buy from them but will go to their outlet to look at their display and source around the neighbourhood for similar items.

I bought ELBA washer, Mitsubishi fridge and other small electrical appliances there too. They offer installment plan, DBS card interest is lowest. After adding the interest, it is still lower than those of the mega stores...
