I've asked around, most of my friends say the quote is very reasonable considering the amount of work I'm doing. The only comment would be it might be cheaper if I were to source ard for sub-cons on my own. If you agree, let me know. If anyone finds it expensive, pls keep to urselves... haha

Hi, Congrats on your purchase MBR The wall between the shower and the vanity has a niche built in for storage of toileries. Lighting will be alright as we have gone there to gauge. Thanks for the suggestion though. Layout design What's that? Is it the coloured floorplan? My ID din give me that, he only prepared 3D drawings for me. true... My 1st buyer backed out cos his buyer panicked and backed out once the new policies were implemented. My nxt buyer was found within the same week and my COV was even higher. I'm sure you wil be able to get a buyer.

Oh dear, I bought a King sized mattress too... Never realised that the lift will be an issue. In the 1st place, mine does nt even have any lifts. The lift upgrading isn't completed yet.

I dragged my hubby to Cellini to see the Calypso. He was totally in love with it. Unfortunately, they were nt able to do it in leather. So we took up their 3998 package. We swopped the bedframe for other items. I must say, Cellini's sofas are **** comfy and the quality is really good.

Just an update. My completion date will be on 14 Sept but the seller will only move out a mth later. My reno will commence on Oct 18. Will be buying lights/bathroom items etc in Sept and selection of tiles will be in Oct itself. Designs/ electrical layouts etc are all more or less decided already. Will post pics when the time comes... Cheers~
