Hi RT members! hasn't been posting any projects photo for quite awhile due to extremely busy schedule, i've been through a hard renovation since CNY and finally completed several projects and missions. i'll post all my completed projects start from today or whenever i can for all of you out there who wish to get ideas and ideas for your on going or up coming renovation. Project Condo: Location will not mention because case sensitive... too much trouble given by down stairs neighbour, all my workers surrender.. 1st site meeting with all my sub-contractors all windows to replace and change of use. we asked the ex-owner to relax during site measurement, and he really rest and relax.. Well site protection initially, end of the project- one wood block fallen to downstairs because of wind blow and management demanded a $500 fine, luckily downstairs owner end up helping to speak a few words for us, and the fine amount finally closed at $50 only

There is a huge difference but it depends on what you need the light for. T8 lights will soon be extinct as t5 produce twice the light with half the energy with twice the intensity. There are a tiny bit expensive but totally worth it for light penetration into the tank. Just becareful and research what you need the lighting for. Is it more for marine life growth or just for viewing pleasure. If its in your budget always get t5's there just nicer lights all around and will soon be the norm. If you need the lights just for viewing the t8's may be fine but if you need the lights to drive growth in the tank find the right amount of wattage and go T5.

Hi arowana, We insist to have our own hacker & tiler cause these are the most critical process among the whole renovation work. The rest are all sub contracts and we are already into partnership with carpenter workshops so to provide better quality and total design control.

So Have you seek advise from HDB? next step is to warning him to clean up the floor & lay protection paper before they are allowed to continue their work, this is your Right as a house owner. Initially you should inform him about the hood & burner keeping in the house, now that it has already been stolen, you are partly to blame ah
