Hi all, For those who have just renovated the house, how much you pay for the following lightings:- 1) PLC Downlight 2) Halogen light 3) LED Light Would like to know the average price so that i dun get "TOK". Personally i went to a lighting shop in geylang "AA Lightings" The price are as follows:- 1) PLC Downlight - $35-$55 2) Halogen light - $39 3) LED Light - $139 (now offer $99) Are the price reasonable? Is the price reasonable? The sizes of my rm are as follows:- 3.6m*4.9m 3m*4.9m 5.3m*3m 3.25m*4.5m Will 9000btu be sufficient to cool room of those sizes? The BTU of the compressor is 28000BTU, so does that mean that i cannot on all the 4 aircons all at the same time? Please advise Thank You in advance!

Hi all, I just completed my2nd appointment and will be starting renovation in feb. It is expected to be completed in end march. Would like to know is it too early now to source for electrical appliances (air-con, tv, washing machine, fridge)? If i were to purchase everything from 1 place say harvey norman or courts, those big shops, will they be able to give me additional discounts? And also, can i request leave a open date for delivery say in April, but day not fixed? If thats the case, when will the warranty period starts? Anyone has such experience? Sorry for the long post.
