next..... [ cutting the lenght of the solid-top surface ] [ job done ! ] actual modication slighly different from 1st idea...instead of shifting the whole top portion cabi to the left....we just cut/modify the door... They are so smart !.. ..by doing this, it saves time and reduce uncessary cost $$$......what the "hack"...I dun care how they do it...most important is I can fit my current fridge and also saves monies...$$$.. ..hahahhaa Cheers!

Hi hi, Updates on Reno Day-5: Modification of kitchen cabinate started today and took only 2 hrs to complete: [removing of doors,etc..] [removing of lower cabi-shelfs & the solid-top ] cheers!

My Reno updates: Reno Day 3~4 : Painting started....should be completed by Monday(7/Dec) [Full of painting rubbish ] [after 1st coat of paints....pics taken day time] [...pics taken night time ]........the wall color tone many different hor.... .......!!!?? ] I am trying to bring down the color tone concept( original is all white nothing but white) to a darker tone, more cozy type..... ohh itzit ? Good for seller to leave behind "rubbish" to buyers??? Due to the early hand-over of keys from my seller to me, they have left some " rubbish" requesting us to clear for them which we happily agreed! Know what they left us: > a few pairs of ladies shoes(most of it are still new), a pair of men's boots (still good condition), a few bottle of hard-liquior(whisky,OX..you can see it in 1 of the kitchen pic I posted, those bottles are theirs), cooking pot(expensive type),bowls,cups, even an iron board(over-burned surface), etc.....(uhmm....but didnt leave behind any cash lahh.....hehe) So can call this good fortune?.....oh yes.......they upgraded to a condo at 6th Ave.... Thanks , Amrasenelya.... Yup, it's gd conditions ...not much of reno can do....but will be putting lots of make-up such as ..... ...lip-stick....foundation, mascara..etc....... ......hahahhaha I mean transforming it with decorations and playing with painting color/lights.....should be right on-time for the move-in by mid-dec'09......stay-tuned.....
