My fren juz bought at Boon Tiong Rd, 10 flr at $720k. Valuation at 635 only. But wifey likes so much & owner already have 700 firm on offer. They expect to go up further. what can u say?

I'm using 30L Rheem for the last 6 yrs for 2 toilets & 1 kitchen. Furthest distance is 15m. Have no problem with it. Very hot after 15 min.

I bought the Sharp System 3 inverter fm AB. So far only laid the piping. Next Monday will install the FC. Price: $2519 with upgraded Armalite insulation, 16mm drain pipe & 2 times insulation. Only can comment installation work is neat. They will call u 1 day before to remind you. But remember to book way early for yr installation date & not couple of days before. Their appt quite full. At least 7 days in advance. Will comment further after installation.

Passed by Strass Lighting today & bought the Amasco 50" Nano Breeze for $280 inclusive of 3 pt lights/energy saving bulbs & remote. Free delivery but no installation. The boss says auto balancing so will try self installation. Attracted by the FIR/neg. ion/anti-dust talk. Hope the price is reasonable. Anyone with experience using it? Thanks!
