I did a test on my LSH tiles sometime ago, so far so good.. No stain after placing bubble soap on it and leave it overnight to dry. But my Hubby was saying the tile is new so it may have been coated with some kind of liquid and who knows it may turn out to what we worry after frequent wash... Haiz, maybe I should do the test as fencer's advised... Will scrub it to see if it really wears off or not.

We were at S&C last weekend, got our dining table & coffee table. Understand that they don't carry all model from univonna. Esp if it's univonna in house brand, we are eyeing at this model "Norman" but too bad it's an in house brand. Melvin advised to try on the sofa at showroom before we decided to purchase from him cos it's very personal. So,we will shortlist a few model from univonna and check with Melvin again. Ermm.....intially we intend to get 2 full height+1 half height shoe cabinet.... Our house alot of "char bo" so you know lah shoes tend to be alot too. But trying to save cost leh, may consider 2 full height, like you said since can store other stuff at the top. The partition is mainly for FS purpose as our main door will be facing the kitchen windows, not exactly but about 3/4 of it.

Shoes cabinet will be 1 full height and the other half height. May get the seatee separately. I have a 2nd thought, fabricate 2 half height shoe cabinets (since the upper one cannot be reached and eventually will be storing other stuff) and a seatee in between, provided space is sufficient otherwise the bomb shelter door cannot be opened. The MBR wardrobe is 16ft (bathroom entrance will be within the wardrobe as well).
