  1. it really depends on your situation. for myself, i've parked my funds elsewhere and opted for max loan for 30 yrs. From my calculation, even if i release all the funds back to CPF OA and do nothing about it, i can still redeem my loan faster and pay less interest as compared to say, if i take 20 yrs loan.
  2. where you going? i already went for one at CC.... haha so see how first
  3. ya lor... i always leave home before sun is up, and only back home after sun sets, how to know?
  4. have you tried to observe at different times of the day? at first i also thought i can't get any sunshine in the kitchen, where i hang my laundry... but one day i happened to be at home (and awake) around 8am, i noticed that there is actually very strong morning sun, which happens to shine on the laundry rack.... haha

  12. just got a simple mixer yesterday. At first, i thought of getting this kenwood mixer. this is a cheap version, only $69.9 at Courts. I thought since kmix is so good, other mixers from Kenwood can't be that bad it looks something like this (sorry can't find the exact model): went shopping yesterday, the same mixer is only selling at ~SGD $50 here. Almost got it immediately but the SA convinced me to get a Tefal one instead.... about the same price but the Kenwood one is 250W while this Tefal one is 350W. finally got a mixer~ can't wait to use it when i get back to SG~

  23. no la your explanation is very detailed.. just that baking is like a whole new science and i need time to digest all the information.... hahaha your cheese cake sounds like a healthier version one actually this is one of the reasons i wanna learn baking also - probably home made ones can be healthier becos you have full control over the ingredients used? haha too bad this Braun blender cannot be used - one more reasons for me to put up "budget request"
