Hi Rockstar111, in my opinion, you will have a problem in relocating yr WC position. You have to take into considerations for what HDB has provide on the piping locations. So, unless you wanna to rise the flooring of the toilet, otherwise you may have a big problem. Same for the shower area, you have to take considerations for the drain pipes.

The solenoid temperature controller is within the inhouse blower unit. It serve as a feedback control unit to control the temperature. Check with your servicing tecnician. I am not a servicing technician but a house owner just like yourself. I had the similiar problem with my air con unit some time back. Got the technician to replace the unit and solve the problem.

hi cpwong, managed to solve your problem of your air-con. I would believe your problem may be a faulty solenoid controller. Get it replace should solve your problem. My personal feeling, to prevent chemical wash if possible as the chemicals used are rather aggressive as it will corrode the fins on the blower

You are already lucky they even quoted you. Mine, they taken my layout and wasted my 1~2 hours meeting session and still no reply. After the 3rd call with him (So call senior interior Designer - B.....d..K.H)I gave up on them. If such a basic customer - Supplier relation cannot even be fulfill, can't imagine what their reliability to be no matter how good their designs are. BTW, the designer above, can't even remember the customer's name....gave excuse to say handphone lost so no record of contacts, even though email correspondence was made. Try them with your own risk !! !!
