I'm currently hunting for a resale unit. There is one unit in mind, however the original store room has been torn down. Any idea roughly how much it will cost to re-build the store room? Basically the contracttor need to re-erect the 2 adjacent walls or L-shape wall and hack existing wall to create a door.
