  1. Can someone enlighten me on whats "individual" and whats "non individual"? If im buying the 2nd property with my partner, what happens?
  2. My wallpaper on the partition was scrap away by the dog's chewing, is there any way to refurish?
  3. No bad dreams, a bit hard to fall asleep maybe due to new environment and a bit warm I realise my dog is not barking nor howling, she is growling
  4. Hi all, though Im not a superstitous person, but I guess it wont hurts to believe in some stuffs. I have just move in my house for 3 nights, well, nothing special happens but some coincident does bother me, which Im still trying to brush off as simply "coincident only". The first was good, having all my friends around till 3+ am. Then came the 2nd night, at about 2.30 or 3am, one of my dog kept making weird noise to the air. By the way, I have 2 huskies, and it is common for huskies to howl, so I didnt think much. But the strange thing is, the noise (neither barking nor howling) made by my dog is weird and uncommon, and further more, she is facing the air or the door, instead of calling out to me. Typically, my dog only barks at me when they wanted something, and its uncommon for them to make noise to the air. This female dog of mine is very sensitive, when I was taking her out for stroll in the past, she will stop and refuse to cross a path as if someone is blocking her way, and I will have to take a roundabout. Anyway, back to the story, I ask her to keep quiet a few times, and finally she stop. A few mins later, I heard a loud bang, then followed by another bang after another few mins. My partner went to check out, and realise the toilet door was closed, so he ask me, and I just told him probably is the wind (though deep down I think it is impossible). After that I just carried my girl on to the bed, and nothing more happens. Then came last night, which is my 3rd night, at about 9plus (i think so), suddenly my dog give a fierce bark again. I thought she wanted to sleep on the bed, but my partner said she was barking at the door, and not at us. Nothing much happen for a while, then came again one big bang of the toilet door. Now im starting to think, is it so coincident that a bang always happen after my dog barks? Or just simply pure coincident, wind really **** big, and my dog just simply being grouchy. By the way, my the other dog didnt have much reaction, and he was the typical heck care type of dog anyway. One of my friends who can see things told me she didnt see anything special when she came over my house on the 1st day, so not too sure if Im over sensitive. What do you think?
  5. Have you move in, any pic? Everytime I pass by Scenic, I just love how signage and exterior looks so cosy.
  6. Check out this article: http://www.slate.com/id/93956/ It has an interesting and honest view about mattress, which I agree that what-so-ever diamond/gold/platinum... blah blah blah mattress are all nothing but marketing gimmicks. Many buyers tend to be over obsessed with the technical specs (which they might not even really understand at all) or brands, end of the day, just find one that is most comfortable to you. As stated in the article: Conclusion If you can't tell the difference between a $200 and a $900 mattress (I couldn't, but maybe you can), get the cheaper one. They're nearly the same, anyway. Anything over $1,500 and you're just paying for prestige, says Larry Thomas. There are tons of great mattress sets for low prices. Yes, to an extent, you get what you pay for (better coil design, denser foam, ritzier ticking), but don't go crazy over this stuff. Lie down on mattesses in the store and trust your own judgment. Remember: Once you're asleep, every mattress feels the same.
  7. I just bought my sofabed at Brighton, $499 only. Been searching for a shop that can customise the sofa bed to leather/PVC material for me, finally found one, they can also customise the firmness. Too bad the mechanisam cant be customise.
  8. Just bought one MaxCoil $2,000 at Unispring IMM. Was pondering in between the Sweet Dreams from St Louis ($1k) or Max Coil ($2k) from Unispring, eventually opt for max coil. Though it is slightly more expensive, but it is really comfy, it was love at first touch. Will be getting it end Oct, cross fingers now.
  9. 1. yes, big supermarket do sell marinated chicken for BBQ. You can also order and get it to deliver to your home. 2. Never tried ramly, but shouldnt be too bad. I also buy some other non-typical BBQ food for BBQ too, like nuggets, cheese tofu, bacon... etc. Whether food taste good depends on the food itself, not so much on the method of cooking (except dont overburn) 3. Can be reuse, but to save the hassle, i will throw away. (Aluminium tray is cheap, no need to reuse)
  10. I think confirm is the same shop. I just went there to have a look, the sales lady attitude was indeed bad, and somemore seems like no knowledge of her product. I wont endure her attitude and just walk off. My advise, do think twice before purchase, its exactly just like what the other forumers said.
