have not try them but will fax them for quotation. anyway i had a long week meeting up the 3 ids. given up on classic kitchen due to them not having contractors to do the rest of the house which means i need to settle that myself. will be meeting CLC at tiles shop this sunday again for the final quote and also to look at the tiles. will be meeting TIP at their showroom for the final showdown. (was asking y CLC is able to give coloured pvc interior and soft closing for all cabinet and they cant, yet their price is higher) i hope that its not because their showroom is bigger and i have to foot the bills for that. My findings. Shortlisted. - The Interior Place (spend solid time with them. very strong in design but the price on the high side. was told that it can be lower on the 2nd quo nice big showroom to visit. strong design team, pushy but still ok type. so far repo on them ok) - Classic kitchen (only do capentry works. have to find own guys to do up the rest. cabinet on high grade with blum and coloured interior. Price not bad Very big showroom with many cabinets sample to view. Repo on them very strong) - Colours by leslie chua (Spend 2hours with them. up-front strong in design. cabinet on high grade with soft closing and coloured interior. Price so far good in terms of what materials they are giving. No showroom only design studio. Repo on them ok ) Close fight. Classic first choice so far.have to wait till 2nd meet up for PK Kick off

it should be ok since the renovation yet to warp up. have to wait till the handover then if the patch still there just make sure they change. renovation sure will be dirty after all. my2cents advice

wish to do that too but the bathroom is really small, if i do that i will have to shower in the tub.can HDB allow us to expand the bathroom
