Just signed up with Henry, his quotation is quite reasonable, not cheapest though. We should be weary of "cheap"!
So list of things im doing,
1) hack kitchen wall + MBR-BR2 wall > make good all affected area incl parquet
3) 18 feet kitchen cabinet + 2 feet tall cabinet > with cement base
4) 6 feet x 2 granite top for kitchen & island
5) Remove BR2 door then cover up
5) 13 feet brick wall **** room (feature wall)
6) false ceiling at kitchen + hallway + lightbox on brickwall@living room
7) Shower screen at MBR
8) misc items eg, provide corrugated paper/haulage removal/painting whole house(8 colors)/varnishing parquet/cleaning up/3D on carpentry
excl electical works
All about 14k ....
Status now is pending approval from HDB to hack walls.
Also will check with him when can start my 3D on kitchen carpentry
