I mentioned somewhere in this thread before....if your luck is not that suay, you won't have affinity with that kind of house, even if you buy it, something somehow will stop the deal from going thru. Similarly, I know feng shui & can tell what kind of house is Wang san Wang shui, but if no affinity & luck to stay in such houses, you can never find one!!

I am taking my lunch now but almost throw out when I think of the Neighbour throwing Poo poo, soaked diapers, vomits etc. Yuk yuk.

Hi, Sister Frightening to find out the truth right? What the owner mentioned when I queried him is that 'he thought he can renovate & refresh the 9 year-old flat, but decided to move elsewhere instead after renovation...", no further info available. I guess he is entering into his good luck cycle & there is the 'connection' for him to move out of existing 'bad' flat for good. Normally the TC will give notice to home owners if they are fumigating the rubbish chutes. What I did is to seal the sides of rubbish chute with masking tape to prevent tiny cockroaches crawling & escaping into the house.

continued from the resale flat featured here: The floor plan: - Look at where the rubbish chutes & wall dividing the Dining area. - See also the red lines which I drawn & see how it 'cut' the owners sleeping on the bed in the Master Bedroom. - See also how many missing and sharp corners in the house. Now you have 'learnt' from what I mentioned here, Will you buy this house?

Staircase near units is very common...but there is still a way to work around it. For the narrow passage way for residents to pass by to throw their junks, it is really bad! While I was there 2nd time (last Saturday) to take the outside pictures, my sister and I saw personally how a resident carry the thrash to that house! I decided to post this audit for the benefits of prospective home owners...moreover, my sister $1K will be confiscated...for a lesson learnt here!

My sis current place is like what you mentioned, with rubbish chutes beside lift. But the rubbish chute & lifts are at the centre of block. But the featured resale flat, you will faint when you see the photo later.

Good guess, but rubbish chute is in a even worse place! If blocked by wall, you won't get to see Neighbours dumping the debris!! This house is really "Alamak", suay!! My house also have rubbish chute, but it is at the back near toilet.

Rubbish chute has something to do with the main entrance. Look at where the main door is from the picture. I will post the picture tomorrow & it says it all. My sister committed to buy on impulse looking only the nice renovation....totally bowed over by the A1 decor, and it is a good buy if she didn't experience the tingy sensation on her palms.

Lift lobby, playground, open space can consider Virtual pool where Qi gathers. Owner is not fs believer ....I plot the flying stars chart of the house to analyse & found the reason but to protect their privacy, cannot disclose here. They may have found the parquet floor not suitable & house is very hot during the day.

another Pass for your fs guessing.... A sector with vibrant Qi is missing in addition to several missing corners in the house due to Odd layout. The front door with bad flying stars. Kitchen is also located in the wrong sector.

Bro, you guess both almost right wo!! A rubbish chute but not really facing it....but as bad!! You can start guessing where the rubbish chute? Canal with water is very close too....but is virtual water flow.

No doubt I am a 'bad' & fussy customer, but I am a very nice house owner! I buy the workers lunch everyday! Even I can't make it back on time, I will ask one tiler to pay for the lunch & claim from me. Then, on Xmas eve, I ordered Pizza delivery for the workers as I had lunch treat with my colleagues. I even buy boxes of chocolates for all workers including the tiler Boss. So, until now, you visit my blog & understand why the tilers are willing to redo the groutings so many round, and the boss even came personally last Saturday!

Lift? Lift opening at door nearby is still considered Auspicious if you know how to tap the Qi flow & traffic. This unit is not so lucky wo...
