I bought my sink mixer accessories from them. Good recommendation is the tap mixer with water saving feature...won't splash when turns on. The brand of my sink mixer is Ixiss, and the one installed at my MBR toilet is Pozzi brand, and I like the latter one because it has the 'rainshower' effect & flow is not those gushing type, can save water. The shower model Rubine, in my MBR toilet also has water saving feature. But don't buy Nobel brand tap mixer, in common bathroom, because water flow is like Tsunami!

That's explain why you have superb grade A memory I didn't notice the eyebags. I thought you will say csingeu's eyebags will be gone after he settles in in his new nest?! For the time being, his wife can help him apply Instant Eyebag Lift! Hahaha I recommend one simple & easy method: get a stainless tea spoon, place it inside the fridge. Every morning when you wake up, just take the cold spoon out from the fridge & apply cold press on the eyes. It helps to reduce eyebags & black panda eyes! Can try!

Bro Kobelala I finally have one proposal to visit my place I was worried if I asked nobody wants to come because this estate is out of the MRT route, unlike Sis Marshy's place which is walking distance from nearby MRT station. Let's fix a suitable date & time in April? Must be before Maydream finishes her renovation, otherwise she is busy with preparation for her moving in. continued from above post: I placed some rugs along the walkway to avoid stepping over the newly filled up grooves... I am 'mopping' hard to maintain the cleanliness.... ID also arranged the chief carpenter Ah Long to adjust one Blum hinge which was not able to close properly. and the silicon on headboard after the 4th painter repainted the grey wall. Kudos to my ID...for arranging all defects to be completed promptly... Infact, I have to ask him to stop sending the contractors back so quickly after handover because I was too busy last month....housewarming, on course/seminar, facial appointments....etc etc.

My 'new' homogeneous floor tiles again.... Dirty grout lines in less than 2 months....can't help it as our unit is facing the lift upgrading just steps away from main entrance....no matter how many times I mop & sweep the floor daily, there bound to be dust / dirt everywhere!! This guy is good....he touched up the grouts of all bedrooms (ofcourse not the Out-Of-Bound bedroom of youngest son!!)

Ahhhh....we have the same type of windows. I like white powder coated alum frame windows with green tinted glass!! It is awesome and makes the room brighter, as the light green tinted is really very light....

I intend to take pictures of everything - people, home & scenery! I am Aging.....20 years down the road, you will reach my age now and still can remember things well. But 2 years down the road for me, I am unsure how aging may affect my memory... so I better capture all the good memories now! Read this article: How does the brain store information? Hi, bro Kobelala I have yet to look at my children BaZi for relationship yet. So far, only analyse their Health aspect & Wealth for them, especially the elder son who enters into 'Rob Wealth' cycle now. As the name literally implies, if he is not careful with his money, he can get robbed! (on a confidential note here, my 2 elder children inherited some money left behind by their late father. As eldest son will have $$$ problem. I am now holding on to my eldest son's money & will only return to him when his luck cycle change. ) As for the Moon seen last night, it was the nearest to earth and that's why the moon was very bright & clear.

Youngest son asked me earlier to look out of the window & look at the Moon. I was busy then mopping away the white powdery thingy left on the floor, as the tiler guy advised not to mop the floor within 3 hours. He said I will regret it if I missed it tonight. Why? Tonight's moon is the brightest in past 18 years & I won't get to see it again! A while ago, I stick my head out of window & the round moon is really very bright. Normally you would see dark sky but tonight the sky is clear & bright. I hope you have also seen the moon tonight.
