    It is a norm that all alarm monitoring company will contact you if the alarm triggered off. Because you pay for the service monthly. Please take note: Once you discontinue the service after the contract (say may be 24 months), the equipment should not be removed. Please read the contract before sign up or check with the sales person. Otherwise, there will be one spot here and there. Your house will not look nice. Or at least state in the contract that the alarm panel and its accessories should not remove after xx months. Else they have to patch back to original condition.

    I am CCTV distributor, but I don't sell directly to home user. But I know a lot of contractors and System Integrators. If anyone need cctv advice, I can PM you those contractors or system integrators contacts so that you can seek advice and compare the price they offer.

    We have just bought the recess area and thinking of fence up with either wall with window or wall only. However, HDB only allows us to put up grills. Does anyone know any good and reliable contractor that can help us to appeal and renovate our recess area with wall? The renovation work include the following: 1) Supply Wall approved by HDB 2) Supply a Fire-rated wooden door 3) Restore the metal gate ( We already have one ) 4) Provide flooring tiles for the recess area. 5) Provide paint for the recess area. No electrical work is required. Water meter and Electrical meter already shifted outside during upgrading. We just need to simple renovation work. As long as the contractor can get approval from HDB for above requirements and meet our budget of approximately $4,500, we will let him do the job.
