  11. Adidaem> Thanks Sis, will post more picture when we have settle down May_dream1> Hi Sis May, the 1st time we try to open them, we were a bit worry maybe due to its frameless and glass. I feel like it going to fall anytime when I try to slide them. But now no more that kind of feelings and so far so good We really enjoy the window and especially the view everyday when we woke up! I hope, we will have the kind of holiday feelings at our own home footprint> Hi Sis Footprint, thanks for the compliment Sleek> U got PM Uegene512> Thanks Uegene. Come and join us the Frameless group hafiizh> Thanks Bro for the compliment. Yes, I agree 100% with u, its the small and simple things that make a huge difference
  12. Yes..tempered glass sliding doors
  13. U got PM..btw I don't think it able to smash to pieces as its a 10mm tempered glass
  14. WE use water to wash that area so that it be clean..and ONLY use toilet paper to wipe/dry it
  15. Infact ur theory is true! Muslim don't use toilet paper to clean.. water will be better and more hygienic
  16. Hello Errandz, thanks for the compliment
  17. Hi Hock, congratulations on ur new home Nice & big layout u got there. For the sliding/folding door, u may wanna try Alex from alexwindow..(mine is not from alex..I got it from my contractor ) Btw, if u don't mind, how much ur ID charge u for the sliding/folding? As for the flooring, if u still interested in laminate, I guess the best way is to out source..sometimes it is more expensive than what ur ID quote BUT better in quality and u don't have to hack the existing tiles. Just my 2cents

  20. BALCONY MASTER BEDROOM WINDOW - VIEW FROM BALCONY MASTER BEDROOM
  21. This is sooo true...sometimes it is best to laugh things off. thru my experience, there are a few mistakes done by our contractor (this I always have to remind myself..nobody is perfect. and ppl tend to make mistake )..and he will call to infrm me of the situation.. and I will try to solve or give him any idea that came across from the knowledge that I have. And usually I will keep on laughing non stop and make a joke with him, until at one point he told me this "I like working with both of u..instead of scolding me, u guys able to help me to rectify and even make jokes on it." & the relationship between contractor and client have become friends
  22. I bought mine at $280 (wc & basin) from universal union
  23. ELY, really sorry to hear about your reno progress, my only guess is you are too nice to them?. Example~ the way they answer you, I will consider that as rude! As for now don't waste your time on them. Anything just shoot on your ID. Deal everything with him like how you want your pipe to run, ur lighting points, etc etc.. & if you find some of your items missing don't just keep quiet..once u realise it straight away call your ID, inform him..and tell him if they don't return the missing lots.. you going to deduct from the bills. Sometimes, we have to be nasty though we don't love doing it. If you find it difficult to deal with this people, let the Husband do this part. Call your ID every day will help actually, you can just call him and ask "So what is the programm for today?" heee this is what I always did to my contractor..they need to update you on the progress everyday. I hope everything will go on smoothly after this, no more hiccups..and you be able to move to your new house
