Finally, we are 2 weeks to collecting our keys for our 4 room flat. Thanks that we have a previous home that we sold, with the proceeds able to substantially cover more than half of our new home. At a costs of more than $400k, it is really expensive for a 30+ old HDB. And the size is so much smaller than our previous home, 92sqm compared to 103sqm. It is the 1st house that we view, but it is chosen because it is just 2 storey down from where my mother-in-law lives. And also just across the road where our fourth aunt stays. To make it better, our third aunt is also moving from the west to the east, 5 mins drive from our new home. But haz, soon we will have weekend mahjong sessions as all of us are mahjong apprentice!! But the 4 room flat condition is worse than ever, now still got spend so much on renovation. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Hi Advancer, i'm also one of the bedokian. saw that your masterbedroom toilet was extended out. wanted to have the same idea, but a few contractor was told me. can only extended out as a dry area. how u manage to get the approval from HDB ? Thank you !
