House done by one of d highly raved ID.. Design: 3/5 (we have to research n suggest most designs) Workmanship: 3.5/5 (tiles n carpentry is good, but painting is bad; quite some rectification to be done as i think the workers work quite roughly ) planning & supervisory: 2.5/5 (handover date missed initial planned; ID seems to have too many projects on hand and is seldom at site thus leading to unnecessary rectifications to be done) ID service: 3/5 (patient, reachable but is good at denying responsibilities when there r some hiccups) Hmm, maybe my reviews seem strict but i selected them after reading d good reviews here but well, we didnt get what we expected... what pissed us most is d lack of supervision by d ID and though we engaged one, we have to visit our new house almost every day so that we can promptly identify mistakes n highlight to our id!!

Hi Aron, Can kindly quote me for an Inverter system 3 air con? Toshiba, Panansonic, Mitsubishi What are the recommended brands? Panasonic, Toshiba or Mitsubishi? Among these brands, can recommend me 1 that is both good(lesser customer complaints so far, from your knowledge) and at the same time cost effective. We signed with A&D n aft 2 weeks of waiting, I finally got my perspective. Really quite disappointed, most of d stuff dat he discussed or promised us in d design were not reflected in d 3d perspective which make us wonder did he rush it out last minute. Hopefully our meeting with d id will change things tremendously.
