Hi, i've signed up with Club Chinois for my AD banquet tis dec... using the antica ballroom. as there are 4 pillars in the ballroom, we'll oni be having the most 26-28tables nia coz i dun wan my guest to be block by those pillars. the L-shape aisle seemed rather short.. so march-in will end beri fast ba.

toking abt hacking floor... i beri pity my downstairs neighbour... in 5mths time they kenna noise fm ppl's renovation 4 times.. 1st time - during my reno in apr/may 2nd time - their next door unit jun/jul 3rd time - my directly upstairs neighbour in jun/jul 4th time - their opp door neighbour who juz started reno last week. out of the 4 times, i'm beri heng to oni kenna affected twice nia. once during the sat after i shifted in n once last fri.

dat time i also asked them quotation for wrought iron grille (for balcony, initially dun wan windows) n aluminium grilles + windows. beri slow to get reply coz the salesman was on leave n after CNY. was quite pissed off when i couldn't get the reply fm them. they oni came back after my ID matched their initial quote. so i juz told he CS guy i dun need their service liao. yup, i agree with Cantona7. better clean ur hse again b4 moving in. but u got some furniture there liao rite? before i bought my dining n coffee table, my place was easier to clean coz of the empty space. nw clean dining area, still gotta move the chairs to another corner. to make it worse, the floor took super long to dry, dunno izit my hubby nv squeeze the mop dry enough.

my sis's place wrought iron gate is fm pang giap, workmanship nt bad leh.. tink it depends on the product ba.. hmm, the eubiq ppl really muz for cracking ur tiles. mine no prob when the plumber drilled holes last sat in kitchen n toilet. tink is cannot use hammer knock one, need to use drill
