  1. @prody, Strongly agreed with you on the dry portion "A quick grab to work" I opt out the out initially due to price factor coz i was wondering do i require so many storage space till i browse through Home&Deco with Wet& Dry concept without have top and bottom cabinet from the dry area. Therefore, i need to think how i want my dry kitchen look like...hmm.... I plan to use Solid Surface (to save cost act..), but saw some ppl recommended LG Top to prevent discolouration..Yeah Prody kindly PM me the additional 14ft of quote. Love to have a glance to gauge whether is it worth of having dry kitchen. Gadget wise, haha YEAH~~ depreciate alot when it comes to quarterly sale..well my 26" LED serve me well....and there will me a major loot for electrical applicants on Dec (Year End Sale) Have a good day ahead!

  4. Hi Zero, Is your thread up? I have a few questions for selecting Hob, hood and oven.. I saw the design from Rannai RB-3GC never know is so exp... Tecno-T638TG seems slightly at the high side.. Can i know what is the average price for: 1) Hood 2) Hob 3) Oven got a tight budget. Cooking Pattern: - Stir Fry pasta, Soup, light wok cooking - Oven mostly for lasagna, grill, cakes, cookies and pizza - Hood not need that advanced with average suction that can emit the oil smell You can PM me the price and model that u recommend + payment method Thanks
  5. Hi arowana, Yup i know about the homeplugs too but it doesn't come cheap tho' Since Cat5 point charge: $90, SCV $60 well i think to expose all the trunking over the wall is kind of messy. Do they provide the cat5 switches as well? i reckon $90 is slightly exp..... I was thinking having OpenNet TP --> Wireless N router (Wifi) --> Connect Cat5 to 3 rooms/ 1MBR only. guess this will save some $ A few questions in mind: 1) How do i know my DB box able to handle so many 13A loads? The electrician will advise on this basis right? 2) Do i need to change DB box if the house is only 13yrs old? Thanks
  6. Guess Sebastian is very famous here! I have drop down his number 8349 2862 for quotes. Hope he is able to give a fair market deal~ Is it a must to have 4x CAT5 cables install in each room? Since OpenNet is providing Wireless router do you guys still require CAT5? Does the CAT5 lay inside the wall? or just lay beside the wall? Thanks
