For me it is soooo low power consumption. Cooling is just right also. Just note storagewise it cannot put that much. I bought it for its size, energy saving and sleekness.

Yah better set a budget + 20%-30% max overrun. My flat also on a budget haha! i didn't do a lot of carpentry except kitchen and wardrobes can save a leg or 2 lol. goodluck!

Haha when you do white you will need to clean every other day! Those doors where the old one i just painted them white so can save some $$$ haha! My carpentry work is around....3k i think. the whole kitchen and 1 wardrobe HOffen yeah.. though might be a bit expensive.

you can buy the holders in IKEA then buy the wood planks at homefix. They are stronger and lasting. If you have the budget go for the elfa system also.

Yah for a small scale plastering like holes and some cracks, can be done by self. but the whole house or 1 room, call the proper guys here.
