Cannot send the 3d drawings the drawings got t&c cannot share. Thing are moving great for us may even start earlier. seeing so many different story , I cannot comment much. Only once project start then I can comment. Everything is great for us now with good chem with our id. Every company has it's black sheep that is why there will be so many different stories with all companies. What really matters is our selected id can help us alot.

Andsoitgoes I feel that you should arrange a meet up with your handler. As of what I understand from my brother's cck nest. Clc truly take pride in things they do without much hip ups for them. And Leslie our handler has also give us strong advice on stuffs prior renovation. You are right to liaise with 1 person, durning sales we liaise with vin lee for price and design with Leslie coming in on and off. And to liaise with Leslie our handler on stuffs regarding to technicial issues and project management.

Hello all, just finish my appointment with Clc. We have confirm the Reno with them. And will be starting at first week of nov. They have come up with a schedule which we feel comfortable with it.

ya me too looking for teak furniture but most of the shops sell then at a skyrock price... i wonder if we can do a bulk buy from indo, will that save us more money??

drum heater will be better cause normal heater after some time it will no longer be hot. i got that in my dad's house with we need to change heater every 2 years. and have to pay for installation over and over again. i have not tried before drum heater but i heard that every time must wait for 5 mins for the water to heat up which is the downside of it just my 1cent advice

hi all this is my first post after months of reading. can anyone pls advice on where to get good teak furniture without burning a hole in my pocket?

i was abit taken back to see post of clc, so decided to join in to do some sharing. i am on the final stage of confirming my id and clc is on our top list. having talk to them find that they are upfront and not the pushy type. they told us that they are currently busy and will not give us empty promises till they have confirm their schedule to take our job anot. which to me and my hubby we feel that they are somehow very upfront and not scare of losing us as client if we cant wait. that is why they are on our top listing. another reason or maybe the main reason for them to be at our top listing is because they did a good job for my brother's nest. so we also hope that they can help handle our nest... ->goldfisheye i think now all ids do provide 3d drawings as long as u do up the bathroom cabinet. if not how is one going to know what it looks like before construction? ->pearl you should talk to ur id in charge about this cause my brother did get the drawings for bathroom cabinet but only didnt get its for common bathroom because no cabinets done. and u should also rush your id since u have a deadline. chinese new year period will be coming early jan. u dont want to crush up with it. just my 1cent advice. *by the way anyone knows where can i find cheap and good teak furniture?
