selected my tiles last friday at hafary.... foyer, living, dining area floor tiles.. bedroon tiles mbr toilet wall and floor tiles with decor piece kitchen, common toilet floor and wall tiles w decor piece the pics are not well taken, thus cannot reflect the real color and texture of the tiles...

din get to view 336, coz u were very fast to secure the deal....haha..but did managed to view blk 333 and blk 340 (the blk just behind the polyclinic)... how much COV did u pay for your flat? the 340 blk's val as 330k, no asking...at that point in time...but also need to revamp the whole house..consition not as good as urs...

urs is blk 336? or 340? hi skywolf i was initially looking for a system 4 (3 rooms and 1 hall)..but only mit and daikin has this for my house...was quoted abt 2800 for daikin (non-inverter) and about 3850 for mit inverter... was convinced by the aircon guy (not GC) yuesterday that i dun need a non-inverter,..so now considering whether i even need to aircon the living hall or not...or should i just get a mit system 3....non-inverter, same as my current house....

was looking at Em in the west....wanted to view ur unit one sat..called up that agent, but he say sold already...then i went to view another unit behind the polyclinic on the 12th floor, put it as 2nd choice...but eventually din offer as we decided first preference would still be clementi/west coast, which is much nearer to my mum... so there goes my EM....

hm...was searching for windows and grilles contractor recently....only powder coated grilles r more expensive...dun think the color of the glass matters....

hmm..i read that clause lor..and i highlighted to my agent...and he say usually he wont take that 50% forfeited deposit..i wonder how true lor... cant remember where i see that clause though....could be under the form for exclusive agent thingy...dun think its under the OTP form. if ur friend did not engage this agent exclusively, means she will most probably have not signed any agreement, thus, maybe dun have to give that agent 50%... But i need to refer to my agreement to to locate where i have seen this clause before....

in touch with them recently...viewed their workmanship too.... their tiling works is much more expensive then other ID firms...workmanship so so only....was referred to this cpmpany by my friend who had her house renovated by them...

i actually have no problem,will be staying at mum's place to take care of my babies...but my dogs...wanted to put them at my aunty's house, 3 room corridor, but mum says its going to be a nuisance coz they bark at noises..pple passing by... btw, i also work in jurong... checked out the doggy hotel...i think one day one dog cost $20? two dogs will be $38..at nooage...one month will be 1140..gosh...

hi babytan i am also havong a headache over the dogs...i need to vacate my house by 1 jun..and my new house will probably be ready only earliest in July. So i have to find lodging for 1 month too.....jialat...

i would love to knockdown the wall, but that would compromise on my kitchen storage..and there is a column there (in the middle of nowhere) that cannot be hacked, thus.....would you be able to claify which wall did your neighbour knock down? guess the balcony will be my little babies' play area for the time being..planning to get some kids' tables and chairs...to put at that corner...coz its full height windows, will be bright enough... For myself, i can't really feel the difference between the two....so might as well go for the cheaper version...

initially going to buy simmons glendale....then stroll over to king koil, realised the prices are cheaper by 1k..thought no need to spend so much ...so went for kk instead...that 1k saved will be used to buy bed frame .....

Decided to merge the balcony with the dining area...but find the MBR too small for my king-sized bed and wardrobe and baby playpen... having a headache with the kitchen too..wanted to hack off the wall between the entrance foyer and kitchen (L-shape) to allow more light and to feel more spacious..but then will have a problem with the layout of the kitchen cabinets and fridge and washer & dryer... anyone any idea? by the way, i have 2 furkids, so a portion of the kitchen will be used for their "toilet business", and 2 young babies.....so the house must be child friendly too... will update pics of my furkids on the next post... applefreak i have thoughts of merging the balcony with the MBR, however, that will cut off a lot of light and wind to the dining area..coz the balcony has full height windows...
