Hi I would like to know a rough estimation on my renovation cost for 5 room hdb flat.. can any experts here advise me? I need to do, 1) Built in normal size warerobe for two common rooms 2) Hack a common bed room wall(in between common bed room 3 to my master)and built one partition so that my masterbed room can be bigger 3) Built a 12ft warerobe for my master and built cabinet to cover the air con comparment 4) Kitchen solid top,cabinet and tiles 5) 2 toliets cabinet and tiles and doors 6) Partition to separate service balcony with kitchen 7) False ceilings for living room and masterbed room 8) Design Tv console 9) Shoe rack of 2000mm height x 1000mm width 10) Overlay laminate flooring for all the bed rooms 11) Homo tiles 800x800 for living room Any advise on the above and please pardon me as i am a newbie in this.
