I'm looking for those vertical L shaped plastic which can be sticked to the corner of the walls to precisely avoid such dentings. I see it a lot in Japan and US but I can't find it here in Ikea, Daiso and DIY shop. Best I found are those cheapo soft plastic which is coiled up in a box and it is hard to be straigthened. I have tried taping it onto the wall and usehair dryer to blow it hot, hoping it would straigthened but don't seem to help a lot.

I installed on all my 4 rooms.... Feels OK to me so far...

ID just did a handover today. Did some final touchup, cleanup of flooring and rectification of cabinet door before handing over. Monday, some guys will come over again to do another round of acid wash to clean up some stubborn stains. Whole reno done in 34 days! Will post pictures after 11th when the flooring is cleaner and the curtain is up.

The house is like a battleground again today as the guys came to fix up the light and also at the same time another team came to install the granite top. Window grills are all done. Quite satisfied with the grill works. I was kinda worried that they install the grill too far out and do not leave enough space for the curtain but luckily they did. Will post lots of pix when its done tonight!

As for the ceiling fan, if you are into kdk and Panasonic fan, getting from Malaysia is cheap. KDK baby fan is RM315. Only thing is there is no white model, only silver and champagne color.Panasonic M15E8 is RM390 and KDK Sensa 4 is RM475 (if I still remember correctly)... Get it from Yes Electrical at Jalan Serampang. They will give you the U hook as well. Baby do not need this hook as they will bundle their own hook. These are the only 3 models suitable for HDB. KDK baby fan is 1100mm(44") diameter and about 15 cm from ceiling and the rest is 1500(56") and about 30 cm from ceiling.
