    im also staying at punggol sapphire! mine is a 4 room though.. currently im engaging TIP - The Interior Place @ Macpherson.. you can look for Eric Kwek @ 82003762. He is doing for a few flats in Sapphire as well.. im a kinda particular person.. so far i have sourced 4 contractors.. and he is one of the better ones.. feedback by other client was positive too.

    I sourced for 4 contractors, he is one of the better choice I felt. my requirements have been changing quite frequent and quotation wise was kinda reasonable. you can view their designs online or check it out at their place.. it was quite impressive as well. moreover, I have check it out with another person which was managed by him previously. and comments are positive too.

    i think you can try to source for more.. mine was done by TIP - The Interior Place @ Macpherson.. you can look for Eric Kwek @ 82003762. He helped me in my place at Punggol and he is responsible. The quotation he gave me was reasonable too.
