Hey all, am back to kay poh on all renovations work again! Bit bz e past weeks hence mia awhile. Also - for me, change of plan in owning my own resale flat liao, will instead b moving with my parents & Sis in 3 yrs time to a new house in Punggol! So can only continue to drool at ppl's new homes and the reno progress, till 3yrs later when my new house is ready Can I still join e club, cos afterall, I'm still a single, and I do partially own my future house? just tt won't be so fast to able to host gathering wahaha (actually just thick-skin n wanna "chap ze kar" <aka squeeze one foot> into all ur upcoming house warming).

Hey Terrain, can pm me ur laminated flooring package cost? Wanna est. E cost for a 4rm (u doing up Living or just 3 bedrms?) for my budgeting. TIA

Yah yah, count me in ... Will start my house hunting journey aft my holiday trip Next time when I start sourcing for contractor, I will be thick skin to ask for house visit to chk on workmanship and learn from u guys on all aspect on Reno

Hey NeoBY, hijack ur blog awhile, wanna ask some opinion on living at lower floor ... Cos been living quite high currently @ ard 17th lvl, and now when looking for a unit, my agent roughly adv based on my given budget, most prob. will be low floor units. Hi getzski, chk with u, with ur black 3D glossy wall tile instead of glass backsplash, how u find e cleaning after cooking? Any difficulty? Also, any complaint with ur gas heater? Last qns What is e cost damage of ur bathtub? Is there any min. width req to have a bathtub? TIA

Btw, May_dream1, I took ard 3-4days (less my beauty sleep, working hrs etc) to fin ur blog from pg 1-40+, and also read some of those renotalk friends of urs, like friends78 n her bro etc ... Really learn a lot from many T-bloggers in renotalk, be it ideas, lobangs on whr to source etc! Just wanna learn more n get myself ready when my reno time comes (haha haven't learn walk then run liao ~ haven't get e physical house, then orely jump to reno)

Hi Renotm, Hello, me too ... Been waiting for my turn to get my own flat, and "seeing" so many nice units gone by yet can't buy (plus prices kept increasing!!!) Now finally can start looking ...hopefully can get a reasonably nice unit (w/ not too ex COV) in the next coming mths ... then I will be able to start my t-blog too. Meanwhile will just hang ard learning and absorbing ideas from all e old birds first.
