Yup, for my case, HDB requires PE endorsement for hacking a L shaped wall. So he read my floorplan, chopped n sign. That's all.

You cannot directly contact PE; must go through HDB. They are not your personal consultant. Whenever I read this post, it puts a smile on my face. N I got the PE contact on my own n not thru HDB.

I told my contractor to make good the edges of the cut sink n stove cut out granite n give me. Planning to make a small table out of that.

Have u contacted the PE? Compare his price with other PE quotes ok. To me, very cheap liao.
