  1. Hi all, I hope I can get some advise. My compressor recently trip the power of the whole house. After that, the aircon can still be powered on but showing orange light blinking 6 times. I am using MHI and compressor model is SCM60ZJ-S1. I have asked my regular aircon cleaning guy to come and check and his findings is Main PCB 1 and fan motor short circuit and need to replace. He say after replacing he cannot confirm if the compressor will have issue or not as he cannot test run. Worse, he told me the replacement for the 2 parts will cost at least 1k. Is it so expensive? Anyone with experience can advise? I feel that it looks like way too expensive to just replace those 2 parts. Anyone can advise or help. Thank You.
  2. Hi alfet7778, Thanks for the update. Any ideas what are the ovens that you saw and their prices? I went there but their display set of the new range are ok only. For example, 1011 oven they are selling the display set at $900++. original retail price is around $1200. Did you saw 867 selling there? I never saw it but only saw 842 selling at $700 which is a very good price I think although it is an old model.
  3. Any updates on what is on sale yesterday at the warehouse? I heard the old model that are being cleared are only 867. No other models. The rest are displayed piece. Anyone who went there can give updates? Thanks!
  4. I will like to say that I have a very very GREAT experience in Heritage. I bought all my kitchen and bathroom accessories from them. Even bought fanco fan from them too as they have given me the best quote after comparing all the shops in jalan besar. They can even do a match price for you if they can. Was served by a lady called Irene. She is a very nice and patient person. She will always do her best for you regardless of pricing or info that you will required. All items was delivered on time. However, have an issue with the wash basin and called Irene immediately. She quickly arrange for the agent to do a one to one exchange with me on the next day. Thumbs up for such a great service! I will highly recommended Heritage to everyone. Not harm in giving them a chance to serve you. I will be quite sure you will like their service!
  5. Hi executiveliving, saw from the newsapaper ad that you have a promo for your sofa at $2299 (first 10 customers) and $2199 (2.6m). I am interested in both of these. However, may I know what do you mean by full genuine leather? Is it full cowhide leather for the whole sofa including the backing and bottom and etc? Is the price listed using Italy leather or normal leather? Cause went to see a few sofa before and the sofa are indictated as full genuine leather but only the sitting + touching area are cowhide leather. The rest are synthetic leather or etc. Please kindly advise soon as I am quite interested in both of these designs. Thanks.
  6. hi peterng8 can pm me your lobang? Thanks.
  7. bro from the name I think you can easily see why. heavy industries is actually meant to target industries and me is meant to target residential. But why industries came in to sell aircon I not too sure too. But if you google hard enough, mhi is actually a premium brand aircon in australia and me is a grade lower than mhi....lol. As long your aircon don't give you problem, I don't think you will face problem with the agent

  9. Hi bro, can send me a quotation on 1. Bosch Oven HBN331E2J 2. Bosch Oven HBG23B550J 3. Brandt FE811 Or any built in oven you can advise as I a newbie and my wife want something good and simple.
  10. brother in fact if you go gain city, most people will not recommend starmex to you. they will tell you either toshiba or mhi. toshiba and mhi save the most electricity. and both mhi and me are made in Thailand and toshiba compressor made in Japan. in Japan, mhi indeed is the parent company of me. just that in sg, it is handled by an agent.
  11. ymonkey, yup that the price gain city charge for additional trip. it really depend on you i f you need the 2nd trip. I only do a trip as I do not want to pay. I just cover the aircon during renovation and bring back all the remotes. most people will actually recommend 2 trips for new house and 1 trip for old house.
  12. Hi everyone, I have recently installed MHI system 3 inverter aircon for my new flat by Kaisoon. The installation process was a good experience and the installer have done a test run before leaving. However I feel it is not sufficient. I have aircon piping behind my master bedroom wardrobe and hence before the wardrobe is installed, I wish to run a full test on my aircon to make sure it is working well with no issue such as noise, leaking and etc. Anyone can kindly advise me on how I can test my aircon fully to make sure there are no issue so that I can install my wardrobe with no worries. Thank You.
  13. Hi, I feel the quote is quite reasonable. They have one of the best price for ME and MHI. I also took MHI Sys 3 from them. Installing soon. Hoping everything will go well. As for insulation, I upgraded mine to Armaflex with extra $$. Reason is because my piping will be hidden behind my cupboard so have to use Armaflex as it has better absorption. Do not worried on the insulation as during the site survey, they will tell you which insulation is best for your situation. As for the class, I believe class 1 should be enough. You should not spend the money to upgrade to class 0 and it is not worth. You should spend that money to upgrade to Armaflex instead rather than the class. Hope my advice helps! Cheers!
  14. mine was 80% too...I ok to give but most importantly the workmanship must be good....
