Hmmm you might want to consider find some nice design mats (like flower or leaf shaped floor mat)...can help to partly "decorate" the flooring as well...so that it wouldn't look weird with 2 floor mats...

Understand how you feel. We just want at least a 交待...at times it happens...whereby say coming but end up not coming...going to be done but end up still not done... Once or twice if it happens...maybe close one eye...but too frequent...something is not right...it means the ID cannot handle/manage the workers...you will wonder if his words are reliable or not....

I prefer to keep renovation simple and I believe that it's the furnishing and decorations that makes the difference, therefore i'm more willing to splurge on this area. I have this thought that though the tv consol is expensive, but one day if i were to move house, i can still bring it along with me, as compare to doing a build-in one.

I bought the line tv consol ...yes it's very x...perhaps you might want to see if there are other items u like from the same shop can ask for better discount...that's what i did. I like the tv consol very.much but i do wonder if i over spend on it...though i wouldn't say i have seen a lot of different design tv consol, this one catches my attention and i like the fact that it's oak wood and that it doesn't look too plain cause it has the "line" design.... Those other tv consols that i like very much are those that i saw in those furniture shops in Japan...they have similar designs like the line tv consol...and pricing wise is about $1k plus..too bad i dun see them in Singapore.... I guess at the end of the day it's how.much u like the item.... if can't find other tv consol that both u n your wife really like alot and it's of a better pricing....then maybe is to cut budget on others and spend a bit more on the tv consol...

For my case cause mine is white top table i buy those thick thick transparent plastic cover from market think it's about $8 per meter to cover the whole table... cause white gets dirty easily...then on top of it i put table cloth....so it's like another layer of protection.

Woo can see u slowly start to decorate...i like the plant on the tv consol ...it's nice...hmmm can't tell what went wrong with the franc franc dinning table....too small ????

If clear instructions have been given... no reason for u all to bear the cost...sometimes can be quite grey cause verbal no black n white words can get twist.n turn.... Unless it's additional work required by your side then it make sense to pay...

Based on the picture it's look very close..when fix the glass panel would be too close to the toilet bowl would have problem cleaning....i guess those not so good contractors can claim that no specific instructions on the actual position is given ... when certain things is actually common sense they should know...
