I have not confirmed with him as I am still undecided on some items. (somehow, ideas keep changing even after meeting the various contractors). I am really undecided what type of flooring to go for? I like real wood flooring but they can't take too much water and I am a clean freak who like to have my floor mop regularly. So, changed to laminate flooring after seeing many nice laminate flooring in the reno t blog, but laminate floor may have problem with too much mopping as well. Then I saw someone with wood homogeneous tiles that look nice too but understand they may not be flat and hence may have irregular surface. Should I go for marble? Or any recommendation? I am at a loss now... Please share if you have any views on flooring, or do share your type of flooring and pros and cons. Thank you.
