    One of a kind custom made industrial look inspired queen size bed frame, with faux black leather foam cushion rests (not pictured, attaches to head-board), and frame wood base boards. Mattress included is the premium Simmons BackCare Advanced S1000 Plush Top + Anti-dust Mite Protector (purchased in 2013 from Simmons at $4000) Mattress is in good condition and clean (has just been professionally cleaned last Dec before CNY.     Selling just the side table - black in color (chair not included). Have a rubberized placemat on top. Used, hence have slight paint chipping in certain areas but doesn't affect usability. Dimensions are: 40cm (L) x 31cm (D) x 62cm (H) Purchased a few years back at $329, selling at just $150. Self pick up only (at Tampines area), can fit car boot.

    2 sets of the same model crack in the same manner at the exact same location, both within a year of installation (brand new set). Too coincidental imo. Initial sales, like very nice, but after sales service was a pain to deal with....will not be going back there nor recommending anyone to get their brand. In any case, you've already purchased yours and install, so just use for now. Who knows you might have better luck than me

    FYI, I believe that IXISS model has got manufacturing flaw....opinion further backed by 2 independent plumbers...who had to replace these for me.......

    Went to visit a popular bathroom accessories shop, as was looking for replacement toilet bowl. Boss told me not to consider China made ones, not so much for the perceived quality issues but rather for this fact (in his words): "China produced ones are made using clay in colder regions of China. Depending on batch and production period, it can span across winter to summer time....so the clay becomes brittle. So this means in our Singapore weather where it's always warm, much more prone to hairline or stress cracks. Best is to buy those made in Malaysia brands, like Mayfair, Oto." The ones we were considering were Inspire and Baron models, which seem to be quite popular here too. Am thinking...if that's the case, what about those made in Europe...they also have seasonality right.....so those super expensive made in Italy/Spain etc...also lousy?? So was he just trying to smoke me? His shop carries all the brands though.

    Yes can. Scrape off as much as possible, sand it down, paint base coat then paint few more coats smoothly on. With a bit of elbow grease, you'd have them how you want them, without paying too much (just material cost).

    The water incoming into my house has A LOT of sediment. Had called Town Council and showed them, all they did was to drain and 'clean' the inlet pipe joint (outside my flat). Am considering to get a large canister type filter to install before the water enters my house to alleviate the problem - has anyone else done so? Are there regulations on this?

    I think locally there is also 1 model from Carrier (which have been doing Aircon for long time). Any feedback on that as well?
