does joint singles need to be relatives to fulfil the family nucleus? cos the muslim with 10 wives can get 3x HDB under Joint Singles..which is weird..

of cos u are allow to downgrade to new flat, provide you have stay in your existing flat for 5yr..mean u must met the MOP and u will be paying a levy when downgrade..if u are buying 2nd new flat..and cos cos u must take bank loan, no hdb loan[/color]

hi bubblepearl, is good that u stay there, so can find out..but usually RP flat are sold out so fast....before i got chance to find out What i more worry is these are loan sharks units....then headache..

is there anyway that we can check the previous owner details ? as is why do they sell back to HDB ? migrate, death , house 'not clean' or own loan shark ? i have heard some of the house have murder cases etc..so they hv no choice but to sell back to HDB:p

just to update..after 65 cannot take loan..so must pay CASH to buy flat..
