As long as you have met the minimum occupation period of your current flat, u shd be eligible for CV. I heard they are releasing those leftover units for this yr at end of the mth.

IMO, i don't think flat prices will drop, so very soon DBSS price will be the norm..maybe nominal price for future flats..A house is one (die die) has to buy, regardless exp or not
