I think he's been frank with you. I also contacted him many months back and only managed to get him last month when he's finished some projects on hand. Prior to that, he also gave me the same reply that he's tied up at the moment. I decided to wait and he gave us a quote after showing us his works and finished project. As I mentioned above..there are a couple of designs of Storage Bed at Ackerman which I saw. Drawers from side, Drawers from Front, Lift up Kind... the material, color and headboard pattern all can choose.. Another space I saw storage bed is at Hecom. The price is much lower there also.

It depends on the no. of tables you short of, I think <$100 to top up per table, and you have a better menu

Swissotel has 1 small ballroom which has min 20 tables only, but the ceiling is the lowest, some close to a function room's and it has 2 pillars. The bigger ballrooms have higher ceilings. But if <20 tables, I think all the tables can be arranged in front of the pillars. From what I know, the min is 20 tables, if you have lesser tables, you could top it up by having a higher priced menu. Hope you understand what I'm saying.

My coordinator allowed us to choose the perks when the date gets nearer. It's not bad that you get 3 perks given <30 tables. Whether it's worth it will depends on the number of tables you have. My friend had more tables and was able to have the corkage reduced. I think the pillar is those at the back ? Manderin has good location and a very big ballroom.

The perk is there for you to choose, based on the number of tables you have. The more tables you have. the more perks you can choose. My oversight, t's $37 nett/ bottle, no +++. Still it adds up to $17 a bottle of wine you can get outside and like zirhk mentioned, it's not counting the corkage waived for per confirmed table. It's also how particular you are with the wine
