Cox i read in other forums about not travelling during 1st tri hence the mixed feelings. Yes will be getting travel insurance. I also hope nothing goes wrong cause alot of plans for the us trip liao.

Yup wife is takign pills and we track the ovulation cycles/dates over 3 websites for more "opinions" in event of wrong info. After the doing, i prop up her hip with pillows, but not put leg on wall cox my wall is white hehe i do admit stressfl at times...it's like ok time liao then do....enjoy but still not like last time can anyhow.... it's like when i know i'm coming, i make sure she's at the bottom alrdy..... or in some "optimal position". been trying to keep a good dietary as well. Usual week will haf ample fruits like strawberry, grapes, banana and milk Thanks for all advice, we'll keep it cool

One thing i can tell you is Kelvin has no hidden cost from my experience, unless along the way of reno you add stuff. A friend did'nt take Kelvin's quote and in the end, although intial quote was cheaper, the final bill of hidden came up to slightly more then kelvin's intial. For the qns on plan, it's not really a practise, more of a individual company practise. Just to share - every quote is customised as needs are diff. Can you imagine going all the work then use the design go other firms? Lots has experience this bad path, hence usualyl after confirmation or put a 1k deposit then see drawings, know what i mean? I'm not sure if the detailing expectation is the same, but they did drawings with measurements with me...then go to my house ot confirm measurement, show me where's it'll extend to, etc.... then it started. If they do take your project, they will certainly do it with effort. If they are too busy to take, you want them, they also won't take. That's my experience. Pm you for the contacts.
